A Shared Vision for Better Care
Triviva Care Group began around a kitchen table, where close friends with years of hands-on experience across care homes and community care shared what they had learned.
They had seen the difference thoughtful care could make. They had also seen older people receive support that completed tasks but overlooked the person, including their routines, choices, culture, relationships and independence.
Together, they formed a clear vision: high-quality care should not be limited to a care-home building. Older people should be able to receive reliable, professional support in familiar surroundings wherever it is appropriate and safe.
That vision became Triviva Care Group: an organisation created to help people continue living well and to strengthen the teams and services that support them.
